Potafo is one of the fastest-growing technology-driven food delivery platforms.

We're now launching an exciting new business vertical dedicated to Fresh Fish & Meat , and we're looking for someone who wants to build it—not just manage it.

This isn't a conventional procurement role.

You'll be responsible for creating the sourcing network, establishing procurement processes, setting up hub operations, building supplier relationships, and ensuring customers receive the freshest products every day.

What You'll Own

As the first Procurement & Hub Manager for our Fresh Fish & Meat vertical, you'll play a key role in building and scaling this business from the ground up.

· Build and manage a reliable network of fish, meat, and seafood suppliers.

· Lead end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, negotiations, and vendor onboarding.

· Establish and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fresh Fish & Meat Hub.

· Plan procurement based on demand forecasts while maintaining optimum inventory levels.

· Ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance across procurement and hub operations.

· Minimize procurement costs,



stock losses, and operational inefficiencies.

· Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution.

Develop scalable procurement and operational processes as the business grows.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership and thrives in a startup environment.

You should have

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Fisheries, Agriculture, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, or Fresh Food businesses.
- Experience in Fish & Meat, Seafood, FMCG, Grocery, Retail, Food Distribution, or Cold Chain operations will be a solid advantage.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
