Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive based in Noida.

The Procurement

Executive will manage purchasing processes, including preparing and issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring materials and services are sourced in line with company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor identification and evaluation, negotiating prices and terms, maintaining supplier relationships, and monitoring inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements,



analyzing procurement data for cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

The Procurement

Executive will be expected to maintain accurate records, assist in periodic audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement workflows.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management, with practical experience in creating and managing purchase orders.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance, compare pricing, and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and to handle negotiations professionally.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain roles within logistics, warehousing, or cold chain industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
