- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with vendors and suppliers.

- Handle procurement of raw materials, components, accessories, and outsourced products as per business requirements.

- Source new vendors and evaluate existing suppliers based on quality, pricing, lead time, and reliability.

- Request and compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, and delivery timelines.

- Raise and coordinate purchase orders and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.

- Track purchase orders from placement to delivery and follow up with vendors for pending orders.

- Maintain proper records of vendor quotations, purchase orders, invoices, pricing, and procurement data.

- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment-related vendor requirements.

- Work closely with the Product Development team to source materials, trims, components, samples, and other requirements for current product development.

- Assist in sourcing and arranging samples and prototypes required during product development.





- Coordinate with vendors for product specifications, samples, modifications, and development timelines.

- Support the Product Development team in identifying suitable materials and vendors for new products.

- Monitor material costs and assist in maintaining accurate product costing and procurement data.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, alternate sourcing, and improved vendor terms.

- Ensure timely availability of materials required for product development and production.

- Maintain an updated vendor database including pricing, product categories, lead times, MOQs, and other relevant information.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand upcoming material and procurement requirements.

- Prepare regular procurement reports and provide updates on pending purchases, vendor status, costs, and deliveries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
