I would like to share details about an exciting opportunity to work as a Procurement Analyst / Buyer Procurement Excellence & Analytics.

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Procurement Analysts / Buyers with strong experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, RFx processes, and procurement analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, RFQ, RFP, RFI, Supplier Management, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Purchase Order Management, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to procurement close-out
- Handle RFx activities, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP preparation, supplier coordination, bid evaluation, and recommendations
- Manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships and resolve commercial issues
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement KPIs
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and management updates
- Analyse procurement data to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Perform data extraction and analysis using SQL and Advanced Excel
- Support procurement reporting and workflow automation
- Maintain procurement KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics
- Manage Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation commodities
- Support cost analysis,

Eligibility Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement and supplier management
- Experience with RFx processes – RFI, RFQ, and RFP
- Strong experience in supplier evaluation, vendor management, and commercial negotiation
- Experience in Purchase Order management and procurement operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Valuable understanding of procurement analytics, spend analysis, and cost management
- Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation commodities is preferred
- Engineering Graduate preferred; MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
- Knowledge of Python, VBA, process automation, or workflow optimisation is an added advantage

Location: Bangalore – Electronic City

Experience: 3–6 years

Employment Type: Full-time with Highbrow Technology Inc

Project Duration: 6–9 months, can be extended
