Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader RCM AR with 5-6 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (Accounts Receivable). The ideal candidate should have mandatory SME experience and be capable of supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily AR operations and assist the Team Leader.
- Handle complex AR cases and provide SME support to the team.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Conduct quality checks and provide coaching to team members.
- Resolve process escalations and ensure timely claim follow-up.
- Prepare basic operational reports and support process improvements.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM AR.
- Mandatory SME experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Solid knowledge of AR follow-up, denials, and appeals.
- Good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
