Role & responsibilities

- The primary responsibility of the incumbent would be to ensure end to end and smooth processing of Valuation of Collaterals as per compliance with statutory / internal norms/ policies and Approved Valuation Framework

- Compliance and Risk Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management protocols as per approved Valuation Framework, while implementing strategies to mitigate.

- Co-ordination with various internal & external stakeholders & proactive in resolving the queries thereby following the laid process to reduce operational risk

- All carried out Valuations to be delivered in line (within TAT) as per internal guidelines with Nil deviations

- Ensuring and maintain all case related Inward & Outward entries wrt Valuation MIS and other reporting data

- Guidance to Relationship / Internal Teams in resolving queries related to the Technical Document custody, viz. Approved / Sanction Plans, Competent Authority Approvals, etc.

- Ensure Confidentiality,



Integrity, and availability of all documents withing the Valuation Department whether in hard or soft copies

- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the Reporting Manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training

- Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Business and senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration

- Read & imbibe all internal processes, Credit Policy & related RBI regulations impacting Valuation related activities

- Establishes high standards of performance to deliver within defined TAT timelines
