We are looking for a Process Trainer /Soft Skills Trainer with experience in BPO training to deliver impactfultraining programs focused on process knowledge, communication, and customerhandling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct process and soft skills training (voice process, customer handling, communication skills)

- Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions

- Handle training for newly hired employees (new hire batches)

- Provide soft skills training on communication, interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and confidence building

- Conduct sessions on presentation skills, email etiquette, and workplace behavior

- Facilitate role plays, mock calls, and group activities to enhance learner engagementDesign training modules, SOP-based content, and assessments





- Prepare and deliver PPT presentations for training sessions

- Mentor learners and track performance through mock calls and evaluations

- Coordinate with operations and QA teams to ensure process alignment

Requirements

- Experience as a Process Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer in BPO

- Minimum 2 years documented experience mandatory

- Good to have: Experience in domestic or international voice process

- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

- Ability to handle current hire training batches independently.
