About the Role:
Globiva is looking for a dynamic and experienced BPO Process Trainer to manage New Hire Training (NHT), OJT, refresher sessions, and performance improvement programs while ensuring high training effectiveness and smooth transition to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct NHT and ensure process readiness of new joiners
- Facilitate OJT and support transition to production
- Prepare and update training content, SOPs & process manuals
- Monitor batch throughput and training performance
- Track training efficacy through quality scores and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Operations & Quality teams to identify skill gaps
- Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions
- Maintain training attendance, assessment & outcome records
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of BPO Training experience Voice/Non-Voice
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills – Mandatory
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PPT & Word
Ability to manage large batches independently
Immediate Joiners Preferred
