Hiring: Process Specialist (O2C)
? Location: Pune
? Experience: 2–5 Years
? Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
We are looking for a Process Specialist with hands-on experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and Quote to Order (Q2O) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales operations through Quote Management, Orders, Amendments, Pricing Sheets, and Contracts.
- Resolve complex operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Create work instructions, training materials, and knowledge base documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvements and provide excellent customer support.
Mandatory Skills
- Solid experience in Order to Cash (O2C) / Quote to Order (Q2O)
- Hands-on experience with Quote Management, Agreements, Contracts, Amendments, and Pricing
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
