Required Skills
· Knowledge of Fabrication/ EVA/ PVC footwear manufacturing processes.
· Production planning and line balancing.
· Quality control and process improvement.
· ERP/MS Excel proficiency.
- Production from cutting, stitching, lasting, moulding, finishing, and packing.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per delivery schedules.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
- Process control at different departments and coordination.
Experience: Min 3 Years.
UG: Any Graduate
