Key Responsibilities
- Design, draft, and review processes to ensure they are explicit and effective
- Identify areas where processes can be improved to increase efficiency and reduce risks
- Review existing policies and processes and suggest improvements
- Create process flowcharts (swim-lane diagrams) and RACI matrices to define roles and responsibilities
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in new and existing processes and recommend practical solutions
- Support stakeholders by providing solutions to operational and process-related issues
- Lead process improvement projects from start to finish
- Ensure processes are aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: MBA
- Experience: 23 years of experience in a Process Excellence, Operations, or Risk role
