Position - Process Engineer | Immediate Joinee Preferred

Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Qualifications - B.E. / B. Tech. - Chemical

Experience - 5+ years of experience in detailed design and engineering

Industry - Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

- Preparation of Process Basis Design, P&ID;, PFD and utility diagram
- Heat and Material Balance.
- HYSIS Simulation.
- Preparation of Calculations Sheets, Process Data sheets for all equipment.
- Sizing of equipment / piping etc.
- Preparation of Operating Manual
- Review of process related Vendor documentations.
- Participate in HAZOP / Design Review meeting etc.
- Review client drawings and documents.
- Liaise with client to resolve any project technical issues
- Knowledge of international code and practices like API / BS related to process engineering is essential.

Technical Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Process Engineering and type of Equipment in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Fertilizers , Storage and Tank farm




- Valuable knowledge of process controls and safeguarding
- Ability to apply different International Design Code requirement like API , NFPA , BS , Shell DEP.
- Ability to perform all type of process design calculation
- Skill to produce error free calculation and documents
- Hand on experience with Process engineering software's
- Communication skills
