Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processing systems for oil refineries using process simulation tools such as Aspen Hysys or UniSim.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in existing processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Develop technical documentation and reports on process performance, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in chemical engineering or related field (oil & gas).
- Solid understanding of chemical processing principles, including thermodynamics, kinetics, mass transfer, heat transfer, etc.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen Hysys or UniSim.
