Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our engineering operations team. In this role, you will analyze manufacturing workflows, optimize process parameters, and coordinate cross-functional engineering initiatives across production, quality, and maintenance departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Optimization: Monitor day-to-day manufacturing process parameters, identify inefficiencies, and execute continuous improvement strategies.
- Engineering Design & Validation: Assist in process design, scale-up activities, troubleshooting, and equipment validation.
- Cross-Functional Project Support: Collaborate directly with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to execute operational projects on time and within compliance.
- Technical Documentation: Create, update, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical reports, batch execution records, and project files using internal databases and MS Office tools.
- EHS & Quality Compliance:



Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in Process Engineering, Project Support, or Chemical Manufacturing environments.
- Technical Core: Strong foundation in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and process equipment operations.
- Software Tools: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle) or database management systems is a strong plus.
- Languages: Business-level fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (required for plant-floor coordination and vendor communication).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, analytical capacity, and strong cross-team interpersonal skills.
