Principal Technical Consultant – Banking Modernization & Integration

Location: Trivandrum | Initially office-based; eventually minimum 3 days/week hybrid

We are looking for a technical leader who wants to solve enterprise problems — not simply write code. This role combines:

Architecture + Engineering + Integration + Consulting + Client Leadership

You will work directly with technology organizations of major financial institutions to design and deliver solutions across complex banking ecosystems.

What You'll Do

Lead technical solution design for complex implementations

Translate business and banking requirements into technical architectures

Design integrations across core banking, APIs, event platforms, data and cloud

Lead technical workshops and architecture/design reviews

Guide implementation using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka and PostgreSQL

Advise clients on integration patterns, scalability,



resilience and cloud architecture

Troubleshoot complex distributed-system and production issues

Partner with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams

Develop reusable implementation patterns and accelerators

Mentor technical consultants and raise engineering standards What We're Looking For

Solid experience across

Java & Spring Boot

REST/API architecture

Kafka & event-driven architecture

Relational/data architecture

Azure or comparable cloud

Docker/Kubernetes

CI/CD

Enterprise integration patterns

Distributed systems

Client-facing technical consulting

Banking technology experience is strongly preferred.
