We're looking for an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist with a robust background in AI and Technology hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment for niche and leadership roles. If you have expertise in hiring for AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, DevOps, ERP, and Digital Transformation , and excel at proactive headhunting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end hiring for AI and technology roles.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, GitHub, Boolean & X-Ray search, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor research.




- Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.

What We're Looking For:

- 8–12 years of experience in technology and AI recruitment.
- Strong track record of closing niche and leadership technology roles.
- Expertise in executive search, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sourcing skills.
