Role Description The Principal Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for leading complex client engagements from discovery through implementation. This role includes diagnosing organizational challenges, designing governance and talent frameworks, and developing growth strategies in collaboration with senior client stakeholders.

The Principal

Consultant will translate qualitative and quantitative insights into explicit recommendations, facilitate workshops, and present findings to boards and leadership teams. They will oversee project teams, ensure delivery quality, and contribute to business development through proposal creation and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications





- Strong consulting skills in organizational design, governance, and talent systems, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis, including research, data interpretation, and structured problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and writing clear, insight-driven reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver against timelines and quality standards.
- Relevant academic background in business, organizational psychology, management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience of minimum 7 years in business consulting, strategy, or organizational development, preferably in leadership-facing roles.
- High level of professional integrity, adaptability, and willingness to work on-site with clients in Surat.
- Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity about systems and human behavior, and a commitment to continuous learning and inclusive practices.
