Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and organized school coordinator to oversee our academic and administrative operations from pre-primary to Class 5 under the CBSE framework.

Total Compensation & Benefits Package:

- In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed, based on experience).

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Oversight: Plan and monitor CBSE-aligned lesson designs and activity schedules from pre-primary to Class 5.
- Staff Leadership: Mentor and manage teaching staff; conduct periodic classroom observations.
- Kindergarten Management: Oversee pre-primary workflows, ensuring a protected,



child-centric learning ecosystem.
- Parent & Management Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for parental queries; update school management on academic progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: As per CBSE norms for the given role.
- Experience: Strictly 3 to 4 years of experience as a coordinator or headmistress in a CBSE school environment.
- Communication: Good verbal and written command of English.
