Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our Primary School team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nurturing young learners, creating an engaging classroom workplace, and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all core subjects to primary school students as per the curriculum.
- Plan and deliver interactive, activity-based lessons.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress and overall development.
- Maintain student records, lesson plans, and classroom documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and co-curricular events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school meetings and training programs.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.

- Ability to use technology effectively in teaching.
