About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist to manage pricing activities for both Air Freight and Ocean Freight. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, hands-on experience in freight forwarding, and the ability to provide competitive and profitable pricing solutions while supporting the sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage competitive pricing for Air Freight and Ocean Freight shipments (Import & Export).

- Obtain and negotiate freight rates with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents.

- Prepare timely and accurate quotations for customers and the sales team.

- Analyze freight market trends and recommend competitive pricing strategies.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Maintain pricing records, carrier contracts, and rate databases.

- Participate in RFQs, tenders, and annual pricing negotiations.

- Ensure pricing complies with company policies while maintaining profitability.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with carriers, vendors, and overseas partners.

- Support business development by providing effective pricing solutions to win new business.

Required Skills





- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

- Strong hands-on experience in both Air & Ocean Pricing.

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Good understanding of international logistics, freight forwarding, and Incoterms.

- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding/ERP software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Additional certifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in handling both import and export pricing.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.

- Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

- Capable of collaborating effectively with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
