Role Description The Pricing & Billing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing customer quotations, ensuring accurate pricing based on agreed terms, and maintaining updated rate records.

The role involves generating and verifying invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with operations and finance teams to ensure timely billing and collections. The executive will analyze billing data, monitor revenue leakage, and support process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency and accuracy.



Regular communication with internal stakeholders and customers is required to clarify charges and provide billing-related support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong understanding of Billing Process and Invoicing, including rate application and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support pricing decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers on pricing and billing matters.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance knowledge, particularly related to accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and uphold data accuracy in a rapid-paced environment.
