Role Description The Pricing and Customer Service Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for preparing and updating freight and logistics pricing, creating quotations, and coordinating with carriers, agents, and internal teams to secure competitive rates.

The Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, provide timely shipment information, manage booking requests, and ensure accurate documentation and data entry in internal systems. The role also involves tracking shipments, resolving service issues, supporting billing and invoicing processes, and maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure a positive service experience. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support business growth, improve service quality, and uphold ABM’s standards for reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Pricing and analytical skills, including the ability to prepare quotations, compare freight rates, and evaluate cost-effective logistics options.
- Customer service and communication skills,



with experience managing inquiries, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing clear, qualified updates.
- Operational and logistics coordination skills, such as shipment tracking, documentation handling, and working with carriers, agents, and internal teams.
- Administrative and data management skills, including accurate data entry, record keeping, and basic proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and customer requests.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, show initiative, and adapt to changing operational and customer needs.
- Prior experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline preferred.
