Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Preschool Trainer to train and mentor preschool teachers on Early Childhood Education, classroom practices, curriculum implementation, teaching methodologies, and Kreedo's learning approach.

The role involves conducting teacher training sessions, classroom observations, workshops, and school visits to support teachers in delivering effective learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for preschool teachers on classroom practices and teaching methodologies.
- Train teachers on Early Childhood Education (ECE/ECCE) and preschool curriculum.




- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and practical training sessions.
- Support teachers in implementing effective lesson plans, activities, and learning materials.
- Train teachers on classroom management and child-centric teaching practices.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, and learning resources.
- Identify teachers' training needs and provide appropriate coaching and support.
- Conduct online and face-to-face training sessions.
- Visit partner preschools for teacher training and classroom observations.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training reports/MIS.
- Collaborate with the Academics and Operations teams to improve teacher performance.
