We are expanding! RKG Advisors is thrilled to announce that we are building a powerhouse team for an upcoming, state-of-the-art Lifestyle Boutique Hotel in Hyderabad.

We are on the lookout for a sharp, dynamic, and high-energy hotel professional to step in as our Pre-Opening Manager.

This is a fast-track growth role specifically designed to transition into a Hotel Manager / General Manager position for the right enterprising candidate.

? What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 10 to 12 years of robust experience in premium Hotels or Resorts.Core Background: Strong expertise in Food & Beverage (F&B;) operations.

Pre-Opening Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience in hotel pre-opening setups.

Location: Candidates currently based in or deeply familiar with Hyderabad will be highly preferred.

? Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Seamlessly collaborate with Civil, Services, Interior Design, and other major contractors.
2. Critical Path Management: Map, monitor,



and aggressively follow up on critical timelines to guarantee all project deadlines are successfully met.
3. Consultant & Liaison Alignment: Coordinate directly with F&B; Concept consultants, Kitchen planners, and Liaison Officers to secure all necessary statutory licenses.
4. SOP & Policy Development: Draft and implement comprehensive operational SOPs and policies for all departments, aligning perfectly with the brand's vision and lifestyle positioning.
5. OS&E; Procurement: Work hand-in-hand with the Founder to prepare, finalize, and execute the Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E;) lists.
6. Cross-functional Alignment: Take charge of ad-hoc strategic project coordinations as assigned directly by the Founder.
