About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team and support our sales and project teams in preparing technical and commercial submissions for Audio-Visual (AV) and technology projects.

The role is primarily on-desk and involves preparing offers, BOQs, tender submissions, technical documentation, and coordinating internally to ensure timely submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quotations.
- Study tender documents and prepare tender submissions as per specifications.
- Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and other tender-related documentation.
- Work on AutoCAD drawings and make necessary modifications as required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office .
- Coordinate with sales, project, procurement, and technical teams for pricing and technical inputs.
- Research and identify suitable products/models based on project specifications.
- Ensure proposals and tender documents are accurate and submitted within deadlines.




- Maintain records of quotations, tenders, BOQs, and related documentation.

Required Skills
- MS Office – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in AV / ELV / IT / Automation / Electrical / MEP pre-sales will be preferred.

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers with good AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge may also apply.
