Requirements

- Montessori /Early Childhood Educators/Pre Primary Trained Teachers with certification.

- Strong communication skills in English.

- A calm, observant, and respectful approach to working with young children.

- Prior experience in a Montessori classroom or Preschool is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain a peaceful, orderly, and developmentally appropriate Montessori workplace.

- Present Montessori materials with clarity and care, respecting each child’s individual pace of learning.





- Observe children closely to support their interests and developmental needs through purposeful work.

- Encourage independence, concentration, and self-discipline through consistent routines and respectful guidance.
