Job Summary The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and development-focused classroom setting for early learners. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, fostering cognitive and social development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct interactive classroom sessions for nursery, junior KG, and senior KG students.
- Develop creative lesson plans using storytelling, music, art, phonics, and activity-based learning.
- Support children’s emotional, physical, social, and intellectual growth.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and evaluate each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and school events.




- Use experiential and AVK (Audio-Visual-Kinesthetic) teaching methods.
- Ensure classroom discipline, hygiene, and child safety standards.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- ECCEd / NTT / Montessori / Pre-Primary Teacher Training certification preferred
- B.Ed. or D.Ed. may be preferred in some branches
- Excellent spoken and written English

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in pre-primary or kindergarten
- Freshers with relevant certification and strong communication skills may also apply
