Role & responsibilities
- Verify insurance eligibility, advantages, and authorization requirements for scheduled services.
- Submit and follow up on pre-authorization requests with insurance companies/TPAs.
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to collect required clinical documentation.
- Track authorization status and resolve pending, denied, or delayed requests.
- Maintain accurate records and update authorization details in healthcare systems.
- Ensure timely follow-ups while meeting productivity, quality, and compliance standards
Preferred candidate profile 1 to 4 years of experience into Pre-Authorization ,Calling,Follow-up,Initiation
