Description Of Work The Lee County Parks & Recreation Department is currently seeking reliable and responsible individuals to serve as Part-Time Building Supervisors

. In this role, supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the facility for scheduled activities and rentals. They ensure the building remains clean, safe, and secure throughout its use. Supervisors must remain in office for the entire duration of any rental and are expected to enforce facility rules, including the prohibition of alcohol and drug use.

Additional responsibilities include turning lights on and off as needed, monitoring the premises to prevent unauthorized entry, and assisting rental guests by addressing questions or resolving any issues that may arise. Supervisors must inspect the facility to ensure it has been properly cleaned and is ready for future use at the end of each use. Applicants must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently.

Weekend availability is required, with flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.



Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as supervisors serve as the main point of contact between rental guests and the Parks & Recreation Department.
