- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Create high-converting ad copies and work with designers to develop engaging creatives.

- Set up conversion tracking using:

Google Tag Manager

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Meta Pixel

LinkedIn Insight Tag

- Optimize campaigns based on:

CTR

CPC

CPA

ROAS

Conversion Rate

Quality Score

- Conduct A/B testing on:

Ad copy

Headlines

Landing pages

Audience segments

Bidding strategies

- Build and manage remarketing campaigns.

- Monitor daily campaign performance and resolve issues proactively.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.





- Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies.

- Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, AI-powered advertising tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads.

- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads (preferred for B2B marketing).

- Positive understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- Experience with Google Tag Manager.

- Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Excellent understanding of keyword research and bidding strategies.

- Familiarity with landing page optimization.

- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
