Role Description The PPC (Production Planning Control) role at Maurya Exports is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The role involves creating and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and optimal utilization of resources.

Responsibilities include coordinating with procurement, production, and quality teams, tracking work-in-progress, and adjusting plans to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements. The PPC professional will analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.



Daily tasks also include documentation, reporting on production status, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Planning to manage and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should have experience handling Production Schedules, including scheduling, tracking, and updating plans based on operational realities.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, forecast requirements, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should have clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to leadership.
- Relevant experience in textile or manufacturing PPC, with knowledge of fabric production processes, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or production planning software, along with basic understanding of inventory and supply chain concepts, is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in office in Ludhiana, and commitment to safety and quality standards are essential.
