Experience: 4–8 Years (Power Electronics - Systems Engineer)

Location: Delhi

Industry Preference: Automotive / Electric Vehicle (EV) OEM or Tier-1

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage vehicle-level system requirements and architecture.
- Lead integration of battery, BMS, powertrain, thermal management, and charging systems.
- Develop and execute vehicle-level DVP, testing, validation, and root cause analysis.
- Drive functional safety activities (HARA, DFMEA, ISO 26262).
- Ensure regulatory compliance (AIS, CMVR, ARAI/ICAT homologation).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers throughout product development.

Required Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics,



or Automotive Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in Vehicle/System Engineering with at least 2 years in EVs.
- Robust understanding of EV architecture, HV battery systems, BMS, traction motor, inverter, DC-DC, thermal management, and charging systems.
- Hands-on experience with CAN/CAN-FD tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, PCAN, BusMaster), DBC management, and UDS diagnostics.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, HARA, DVP&R;, and 8D problem-solving.
- Familiarity with automotive standards including AIS, ISO 26262, ISO 6469, and CMVR
