Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI , data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development. Prior experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView is preferred, and exposure to Deneb custom visuals for advanced Power BI reporting will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI




- Create efficient data models and semantic layers following best practices
- Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs
- Build and optimize ETL/data transformation processes using Power Query (M Language)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Monitor report performance and implement optimization techniques
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance standards in Power BI
- Migrate, enhance, or integrate reports from Qlik Sense/QlikView to Power BI where required
- Create and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot reporting issues

Required Education, Experience and Skill Set:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- 5+ years of deep hands-on Power BI development experience
- Positive knowledge on Data modelling, Power Query (M Language) and DAX Queries
- Good knowledge on ETL/data transformation processes
- Experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView is preferred
- Experience with Deneb custom visuals for advanced Power BI reporting is preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration and documentation skills
