Role Description

We are seeking for a motivated Power BI Business Analyst. As a Power BI Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, leveraging the Microsoft Power BI capabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and the technical capabilities of the Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into Power BI solutions

· Create detailed functional specifications for Power BI ,



and other Power Platform components to address business needs in a user-friendly and efficient solution. Additionally, ensure that the solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including data privacy regulations

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI solutions, configurations, and changes

· Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization

Required Qualifications and Skill-Set

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power BI - mandatory
- Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and SQL - mandatory
- Basic understanding of SQL or any similar Database - mandatory
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate – advantage
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/SPO - advantage
- Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Azure cloud services
- Ability to quickly learn how existing systems operate
- Robust analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent reporting, communication and organizational skills
- Independent and self-managed
- Fast learner and able to work in a dynamic environment
