We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee and manage the powder coating operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in powder coating processes, a solid understanding of quality standards, and leadership skills to ensure smooth production workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily powder coating operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and maintain proper coating thickness, adhesion, and finish quality.
- Ensure all coatings are applied per specifications and industry standards.
- Manage and train team members in proper powder coating techniques and safety protocols.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain powder coating equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance.
- Work with production and quality control teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of powders, chemicals, and other materials to ensure adequate supply.
