Role & responsibilities

Followup with clients for collection

Ready clients AGS format as per SOP

Coordinate with internal Team(Accounts, Legal & Presales)

All documentation work loan, demand letter, Allotment, payment receipts.

After completion of payment coordinate with site engineer team for possession,

Transfer all related documents to clients Via (what's app, Email or Pen drive)

Manage all data of clients

Collect KYC of clients for documentation work

Schedule meeting with clients

Handle client queries

Coordinate with client and bank for loan documents purpose.

Candidate must have knowledge of basic tally.
