Executive Director - Head Data Centers

Role Overview The Executive Director - Head Data Centers will be responsible for leading the overall Data Center business, Land Acquisition, Land Transactions, Business Development, Leasing, Government Liaison, Conceptualization, driving growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, leasing, commercial transactions, business development, and operational excellence. The role will oversee the complete lifecycle of Data Center projects from conceptualization through commissioning while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive the overall Data Center business strategy and growth agenda.
- Oversee end-to-end land acquisition processes, including market assessment and site identification.
- Responsible for leading the Data Center vertical across PAN India, overseeing business development, leasing, transactions, project development, and stakeholder management.
- Build and manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and industrial development bodies.
- Develop and execute business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue.
- Build and manage relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, enterprise clients, investors, developers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Lead leasing and commercial transaction activities for Data Center assets.




- Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
- Oversee project conceptualization, planning, design coordination, and development activities.
- Drive Design & Build initiatives and ensure timely project execution.
- Lead project commissioning and handover processes.
- Manage government relations and coordinate with regulatory authorities, utility providers, and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and business contracts.
- Evaluate market trends, investment opportunities, and competitive positioning within the Data Center sector.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business growth.
- Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish operational, commercial, and financial frameworks for the Data Center business.
