Job Title: Investment Consultant – Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven sales professional to acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients for our Portfolio Management Services business. The role involves direct client pitching, relationship management, and driving investor acquisition to meet business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and pitch PMS products to HNI clients, prospects, and their advisors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product discussions to convert leads into investments
- Build long-term relationships with HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, distributors, and referral partners
- Organise events
- Reach out to clubs to host sessions
- Coordinate with the marketing team on leads generated through digital and offline campaigns, and drive conversions
- Stay updated on PMS performance, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position the product




- Ensure complete and accurate documentation, KYC, and onboarding formalities for new investors
- Maintain regular reporting on leads, conversions, and pipeline status
- Represent the company at investor meets, seminars, and networking events

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, equities, and investment products
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in HNI sales, wealth management, broking, or financial services preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Mandatory Certification Requirement

- Candidate must transparent the NISM Series-XV (Research Analyst) Certification or NISM Series-XIII (Portfolio Distribution) examination within 1 month of joining. Continued employment is subject to successful completion of this certification.

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
