Role Description The Portfolio Manager role at Axis Urban is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Portfolio

Manager will oversee client real estate portfolios, evaluate investment opportunities, and recommend strategies that align with clients’ financial goals and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assessing asset performance, managing allocations across properties, and preparing investment proposals and reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring transactions,



and ensuring portfolios remain compliant with regulations and company policies.

The Portfolio

Manager will engage directly with clients to present insights, discuss portfolio performance, and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess risk, and evaluate portfolio performance.
- Foundational knowledge of finance, including valuation concepts, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling.
- Hands-on experience with portfolio management, including asset allocation, rebalancing, and performance tracking.
- Understanding of investments and trading concepts relevant to real estate and related financial instruments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with real estate markets, particularly in urban and commercial segments, and local market dynamics in Gurugram/NCR.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, portfolio management tools, and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple portfolios and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in investment management, real estate advisory, or asset management is highly beneficial.
