Position Description:

Responsible for posting “Shipped not Invoiced” invoices for shipments with Incoterms of FCA-Destination.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintains a list of all customer portals used to submit invoices.
- Maintains accounts with all portals.
- Ensures portals with fees are always paid on time.
- Works with sales to ensure customers that require portal billing are flagged in the system.
- Runs aging reports on these customers daily/weekly to identify invoices to enter.
- Accesses portals daily to submit invoices to the customer.
- Works with collectors to modify or update invoices if customers reject them.
- Assist with A/R month-end close as needed.

Education and/or Experience:

- Administrative Writing Skills, Organization, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Financial Software, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting Research Results, Verbal Communication
- Two plus years of experience working in an accounting department as an Accounts Receivable specialist or accounting clerk or above




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience in Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) a plus
- Associates degree in Business or equivalent or at least 3 years of experience performing full-service collections in a commercial setting.
- Written and verbal in English
- Ability to tactfully and professionally communicate with customers to resolve past due accounts
