Role Description The Pool Operator is a full-time,

- Responsible for daily pool maintenance, including vacuuming , skimming debris , and balancing water chemistry .
- Clean and maintain the pool filtration system by backwashing, rinsing, and clearing pump baskets regularly.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding pool deck, locker rooms, and guest areas.

Qualifications

- Ability to monitor and maintain water quality, including basic knowledge of pool chemistry, testing procedures,



and safe handling of pool chemicals.
- Skills in operating and maintaining pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and cleaning tools, with attention to routine inspections and preventive care.
- Strong focus on safety, hygiene, and compliance with local health regulations, including enforcing pool rules and responding appropriately to incidents.
- Basic record-keeping and organizational skills to document test results, maintenance activities, and inventory of supplies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and supervisors in a skilled and respectful manner.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting equipment, cleaning, and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Prior experience as a pool operator, lifeguard, or in facility maintenance is advantageous; relevant certifications in pool operations or lifeguarding are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by facility operations.
