Job Title: PMS Operations

Responsibilities

- Transaction Management: Manage trade execution and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Monitor and reconcile PMS transactions, including equity, debt, and other asset classes.

- Portfolio Administration: Manage account setups. Manage corpus and transaction accounting. Track and update corporate actions like dividends, bonuses, and splits.

- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies. Prepare and review client reports, portfolio statements, and other MIS reports. Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.

- Reconciliation and Monitoring: Perform regular reconciliations of client portfolios with custodian and depository statements. Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of client assets.

- Process Improvement:



Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes. Work closely with technology teams to implement enhancements.

Requirements

- Experience of 3+ years.

- Experience in dealing with all securities including Direct Equity, ETFs, Mutual Funds and Bonds.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, data reconciliation, and reporting tools.

- Should have experience in using Wealth Spectrum.

- Robust process orientation execution skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
