Life Mitra / Advisor – Roles &

Responsibilities - Meet and interact with prospective customers to understand their financial protection and savings needs.

- Educate customers about life insurance, pension, child, savings, and protection plans.
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, and onboarding.
- Provide after-sales support, including policy servicing and renewal assistance.
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
