Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Capital Markets domain expertise to lead strategic business and technology initiatives across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance, and Operations functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and transformation programs within a global capital markets environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets projects from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and business process reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Capital Markets Transformation
- Drive strategic change initiatives across trading, risk, operations, and post-trade functions.
- Support business transformation, process optimization, and platform modernization programs.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Manage vendor and third-party engagements where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong domain knowledge of Capital Markets .
- Proven experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation projects.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing distributed global teams.

- Knowledge of trading platforms, risk systems, and market data ecosystems.
