Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMC Executive to manage production planning, material planning, scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and production requirements.
- Plan and ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Quality teams for smooth execution of production plans.
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Prepare and maintain production planning reports, MIS, and trackers.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase/Stores to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery as per customer requirements.




- Support capacity planning and production scheduling based on available resources.
- Maintain proper documentation related to production planning and material requirements.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC/PMC).
- Good understanding of Material Planning and Inventory Management.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in Printing & Packaging / Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Experience in planning for folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated boxes, or similar packaging products will be an added advantage.

Education Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in relevant discipline preferred.
