- Developing PLC and HMI/SCADA software for customer orders and new machines using set protocols and SOPs.

- PLC & SCADA Software Development for Large Systems

- Preparation of Functional Design and Detailed Design Specifications

- Co-ordination with Electrical & IT teams

- Testing, commissioning & troubleshooting of system

- Has experience in Troubleshooting and debugging the PLC Logic and HMI/SCADA.

- Knowledge in wiring diagrams and electronic configuration of PLC Automation systems.

- Should be robust in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering fundamentals.

- Basic understanding of process engineering documents, including P&IDs;, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture.

- Development of new blocks, new libraries in PLC, software development in HMI/SCADA.

- Upgradation of obsolete systems.

- Troubleshooting and testing at customer site during service and commissioning. Project execution and co-ordination.

- Candidate should know PLC, HMI,



and Servo programming of Siemens, AB, Mitsubishi and Delta etc.

- Candidates having experience of Servo selection, parameterization, installation and commissioning will be at an advantage.

- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.

- Experience in power systems, automation, or control systems preferred.

- Experience in Electrical wiring, BOM Preparation, PLC Programming.

- Experience communicating with hardware (sensors, valves, solenoids, stepper/servo motors and drives)

Technical Skills

- Able to develop ladder program of PLC independently Schneider ,Siemens, Allen Bradley

- Testing the automation panels, plants

- Basic Electrical system and equipment's.

- Understand the basic Instrumentation.

- Able to read electrical drawings.

- Troubleshooting faults in the system.
