Job Purpose The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the manufacturing facility by ensuring safe, effective, cost-effective and quality-driven operations while meeting production, profitability and compliance objectives.

Manufacturing Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operations.
- Achieve production targets.
- Improve OEE and productivity.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor daily plant KPIs.
- Ensure uninterrupted production.
- Review production MIS.
- Reduce wastage and improve yield.
- Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure FSSAI, BIS, GMP and HACCP compliance.
- Drive CAPA and RCA.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Maintain SOP adherence.
- Reduce customer complaints.

Engineering & Maintenance
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance.




- Improve equipment reliability.
- Reduce breakdowns.
- Manage utilities.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Financial Responsibilities
- Prepare annual plant budget.
- Control manufacturing cost.
- Optimize conversion cost.
- Monitor cost per litre.
- Support CAPEX planning.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead Production, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse teams.
- Develop talent and succession plans.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Build accountability and ownership culture.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years' experience with minimum 5 years as Plant Manager.
- Beverage/FMCG/Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
