We’re Hiring: RMC Plant Manager | Shree Datta Corp

Shree Datta Corp is looking for an experienced RMC Plant Manager to manage end-to-end operations of our Ready-Mix Concrete plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily RMC plant operations and production planning

• Ensure concrete quality as per approved mix designs and standards

• Monitor batching, raw material consumption, stock, and wastage

• Coordinate dispatch, transit mixers, pumps, and site delivery schedules

• Ensure preventive maintenance and minimum plant downtime

• Manage plant operators, drivers, technicians, and support staff

• Monitor production cost, fuel, cement, admixture, and material consumption

• Maintain production, quality, maintenance, safety, and MIS reports

• Coordinate with project teams and customers for concrete requirements

• Ensure strict safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• 5–10 years of experience in RMC / Concrete / Construction Material operations





• Minimum 2–5 years in a supervisory or plant management role

• Strong knowledge of batching plant operations, concrete technology, mix designs, QC, transit mixers, and concrete pumps

• Valuable leadership, planning, troubleshooting, and team-management skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel, batching software, ERP, and production reporting preferred
