Responsibilities

Location will be Bangalore

- Oversee plant operations, implement lean manufacturing principles, manage manpower & profitability.

- Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management
- Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke).
- Support to Mexico Facility for process implementation and operations support.
- Direct interactions with all the customers in case of any firefighting situation to provide appropriate resolutions.
- Production Planning & Control
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with business targets.
- Monitor output, efficiency, and downtime to meet delivery commitments.
- Ensuring appropriate utilization of the available resources i.e. Man, Machine, Material etc.

- Inventory management

- Quality Assurance




- Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards and customer specifications.
- Implement robust quality control systems to minimize defects and rework.
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety and sustainability across the plant.

- People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Build capability through training, skill development, and succession planning.
- Cost & Profitability
- Control operational costs and improve productivity.
- Drive initiatives to enhance profitability and reduce waste.

- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior management, suppliers, and customers.
- Represent the plant in audits, reviews, and external inspections.
