Role Description The Plant Head role is a full-time, in office position based in Rohtak, responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations. Day-to-day activities include managing production planning, monitoring quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring timely delivery against OEM requirements.

The Plant

Head will lead production teams, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental norms.



This role also involves overseeing budgeting and cost control, coordinating with senior management and key customers, and driving productivity, efficiency, and compliance across all departments in the plant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and capacity/utilization optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and adherence to automotive manufacturing standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in operations or management are an advantage.
- Significant leadership experience in automotive or precision component manufacturing, preferably in a plant head or senior operations role.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on safety and compliance.
